Dita Von Teese is a beauty icon. Many have tried to emulate her look and now will have something of a handbook to help guide them! Your Beauty Mark is Dita Von Teese’s soon to be released (December 1, 2015) book to teach you all about how to be Dita. It’s going to share all of the glamour - from friends, beauty tips and tricks, exercise… all the bombshell things required in life 😉 Inspired by the release of this book Dita and MAC Cosmetics have collaborated to bring you Von Tease Lipstick.

Von Teese is described as a “vivid tomato red, matte”. On me it leans more toward a fuchsia-red in color than a tomato red, but regardless it’s a beautiful shade. Wear time was normal for me - around 4-5 hours. I found the lipstick to be extremely pigmented but a little dry to apply as well as wear. I think I’m used to the super creamy matte lipsticks we’ve been seeing pop up lately! It wasn’t uncomfortable at all, though, and has that lovely vanilla scent that MAC lipsticks are known for.
What do you think of the MAC x Dita Von Teese collab? I wish it were glossy like in the promo pic… maybe a lipglass in the future?! We can dream!
Von Teese Lipstick retails for $18.00 and will be available exclusively online December 9, 2015 at maccosmetics.com. The international release is listed as just December 2015.
